DANCE IN VIDEO

COORPI

COORPI is a not for profit cultural association that unites dancers, choreographers, instructors and professional figures employed in the dance sector. It was founded in 2002 with the aim of developing new ways of communicating with the territory and its inhabitants through the plural languages of dance and the body. In 2011, it began creating projects with a decidedly multi-media, interactive component, joining together dance, video, social media and developing cross-disciplinary forms of expression that can support a creative, physical and corporeal kind of storytelling.

LA DANZA IN UN MINUTO

La danza in 1 minuto is a video-dance contest aimed at creatives based in Italy. It’s an opportunity to express, through a 60” video, the many meanings that dance, in the widest sense of the word, can take on. A COORPI and R.I.Si.Co. (Rete interattiva per Sistemi Coreografici) project.

MOOVY TANZFILMFESTIVAL

Moovy is a dance film festival with classical and contemporary offerings, held within the Filmforum at the Ludwig Museum in Köln. Moovy’s objective is to create a platform dedicated to the synthesis of cinema and dance that can operate on a local and international level, a project that already took form through partnerships such as “Screendance Africa”.
