FUN IS THE LAW

Peter Millard is art brut cavorting at the rhythm of something between free-jazz and comic book onomatopoeias. After seeing “Boogodobiegodongo”, special mention at Lago Film Fest 2013, a viewer said: “That may be the sort of stuff you see immediately before dying”. We kind of hope so: surely it’d make the moment more interesting.
“I’m going to be presenting an in-depth retrospective of all my animated films and various bits and bobs I’ve made between 2007-2015, including works that I’ve shown very few people and freshly-made work.  Hopefully it will give the chance for people that enjoy my films (or dislike them) to get to know what’s behind it and why I enjoy making it so much.
I’ll also be showing works that have influenced me along the way from different artists and clips from the internet: mostly of Hulk Hogan doing various activities.”
