
Gaia Longobardi (Ravenna) is a NABA Cinema graduate who specialized at ANICA Academy and the Locarno Documentary School. Her short films includes a experimental project supervised by Michelangelo Frammartino. With a focus on the connection between visual arts and secondary education, she is a programmer for Lago Film Fest (UNICEF section) and preselector for Giornate degli Autori. She currently works in development at Kino Produzioni, where she scouts for emerging voices.

Vivek Jain is an audio-visual artist and researcher who explores the intersection of the social, political, and ethical. His work spans various storytelling formats: documentaries, experimental films, and site-specific installations. A Viewfinder Cinematography Masters’ alumnus, he was recently an artist-in-residence at Fabrica and is now pursuing doctoral research at BFM-TU.

Originally from a small countryside village in Romagna, Linda now lives and works in Brussels. After gaining extensive experience in the film industry through Cineuropa, Festival Scope and mk2, she is currently working as Festival Manager for the sales agent Be For Films. In this role, she oversees festival submissions and develops festival strategies for feature films. Passionate about experimental and documentary cinema, her aim is to promote and support independent filmmaking.

Massimo Iannetti is a film programmer and film festival professional, holding a MA from the National Film and Television School in the UK. He programmes at Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival, Edinburgh International Film Festival and Lago Film Fest, as well as collaborating with several other film events across industry and film programme, such as London Film Festival, Sheffield DocFest, WEMW and Pordenone Docs Fest.

Gerard Voltà holds a BA in Fine Arts from the University of Barcelona and a Master’s degree in Contemporary Art History and Visual Culture from the UCM, UAM and Museo Reina Sofía. In 2022, he completed a four-year program in Documentary Filmmaking at EICTV in Cuba. His career combines audiovisual creation with cultural management and production within the visual arts field. He has developed and directed several short films, working across documentary and experimental formats. Through his projects, he explores questions related to representation, identity, and interpretation, as well as memory and archival practices. This issues are connected to his previous academic research. Since 2024 he’s been programming for Princìpî Award in Lago Film Festival.

Chiara Cocco studied Economics and Management of Cultural Heritage in Venice and attends the Master in Innovation and Organisation of Culture and the Arts at the University of Bologna. She gained experience in managing associations and festivals between Treviso, Venice and Berlin, focusing on audience engagement strategies and exploring how cultural projects dialogue with local realities. Since 2019 she has been collaborating with Lago Film Fest, taking care of the programming and activities of the “Girini” project.

Virginia Maciel da Rocha studied Modern Literature in Florence and is completing her academic career with a master’s degree in Film History and Criticism in Rome. In 2022, she founded uncle yanco, an independent magazine focusing on cinema and visual arts. She works as a cultural programmer, specifically as a film programmer and curator, promoting cinema as an educational tool. She is involved in the selection process for several film festivals and has been collaborating with Lago since 2023.

Raised in Lago, Giulia Carlet has been a programmer for the UNICEF section of Lago Film Fest since 2020, curating films for young audiences with a focus on visual and narrative quality. She manages the Girini project, guiding children’s juries and workshops. In parallel, she develops inclusive museum tools for the blind, blending visual and sensory languages for accessible art.

Matteo Zadra is the organizer of various activities in the cinematographic field together with the Nuovo Cineforum Rovereto association and is a teacher at professional training. He has collaborated for several years with the Trento Film Festival and is currently a selector for the Lago Film Fest – International independent film festival.

Emma Marinoni is a film critic and a festival programmer from Italy. They hold a bachelor’s in Philosophy from the University of Milan and a dual master’s degree in Gender and Women’s Studies from the University of Bologna and the University of York (UK). Emma contributes as an editor and writer for the independent website uncleyanco.it, where they focus on film reviews and festival coverage. They have been collaborating with Lago since 2023.
