CONDITIONS

Accreditations are personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
Accreditations can be purchased online without any additional fees. They can also be purchased on-site, but we recommend buying online to avoid waiting in line.

The platform managing the sale of accreditations is dice.fm. For any inquiries related to ticket sales, please contact aiuto@dice.fm.

In case of rain?

In case of rain, the main screenings will be moved to indoor venues with limited capacity. Viewing of the films will be guaranteed to all holders of the Super Frog Accreditation or Industry Accreditation, who will have access to stream all competition films throughout the festival period.

The basic accreditations will NOT entitle you to stream the films even in case of rain.

Therefore, we recommend purchasing the Super Frog accreditation, which allows you to stream the films at any time.

Accreditations are non-refundable. The program may undergo changes; please check for updates on our social media and at lagofest.org.
