FOR SUBSCRIPTION TO THE LAGO FILM FEST NEWSLETTER
This information notice is provided pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) for the protection of personal data.
The newsletter (which allows subscribers to stay up to date on initiatives promoted by the association Pro Loco di Revine Lago, which organizes the festival, by receiving communications related to exhibitions, showcases, meetings, and other cultural events organized or sponsored by the Data Controller) is sent via email to those who expressly request it, by completing the dedicated form on the website or by ticking the relevant box during a donation and/or purchase, thereby authorizing the Data Controller to process their personal data.
PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
The personal data provided by users are used solely for the purpose of sending the newsletter and will not be communicated to third parties nor disclosed.
METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING
Data processing will be carried out using electronic or automated tools, in accordance with methods and means suitable to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data. In particular, specific technical, organizational, and procedural security measures are adopted to ensure an adequate level of data protection, preventing data loss, unlawful or incorrect use, and unauthorized access.
Data are processed exclusively by personnel authorized to process them, in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, relevance, and data minimization in relation to the purposes of collection and subsequent processing.
Data related to the online service are not subject to communication or disclosure, unless otherwise required by law or regulation.

Processing related to the web services of this website takes place at the registered office of the association Pro Loco di Revine Lago.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
The personal data required at the time of newsletter subscription consist of the email address necessary for sending the newsletter. Data will be retained until the user requests cancellation, without prejudice to the discontinuation of the newsletter service by the association, which will result in the simultaneous deletion of users’ data.
