North East Department for Arts and Community is a contact and exchange network; it was created in 2006 to focus on the most interesting and fresh creative proposals of the emerging regional scene, with the clear and strong aim to create a situation in which the ideas, the plans and experiences are shared.
Nedac introduces to Lago Film Festival 2011 the Venetian Industries plan, a season with a strong innovative post, with the aim to promote the music talented people of the Region and to create prosperous contaminations between Veneto and Europe.

DJ RICKY THUNDER & VJ FRED-PAR-KRAAT
The opening act of Lago Film Festival will be a tribute to the cinema of the 70s and 80s . Dj Ricky Thunder and the visual artist Fred-Par-Kraat will set to music a selection of videos, clips and trailers of american and international b-movies, directly from the years of cinematic genres’ and sub-genres’ maximum exploitation.
A mix of black funk, exotica, psychedelia, beat, soul.

ANTIKAMERA
The trio, starting by the studies and the ideas of individuals, elaborates a formative modality, which is directed towards the use and the organization of the original musical material (and, minimally, by the other ones), moving among the characters of the twentieth – century vanguard, of tradition and jazz. We can also add the irony, which is and essential character of the Antikamera’s music -, in which the trio embraces and rapes the referring musical structures, which are halfway between tribute and disassembly (and remontage).

Gathering the experiences of many artists hanging around their crew, Laverna Net Label will introduce the concept behind the project of a short film on the sounds of Venice lagoon.A few artists enchanted by the appeal of such this “city-being”, experienced decay and glory, immortality and immediacy, and expressed their own feelings and creating art, singing with Venice.

Ginotonico is a very versatile Dj. Even though he comes out from the Hip Hip scene, he picks the element of his own periodic table to select some great Funk, Soul and old style R&B.
