UNICEF KIDS COMPETITION – LFF2021
Created with the dual objective of entertaining and making people think, this competition was conceived and designed on the needs of the children viewers to whom the festival has always paid particular attention.
From the most disparate styles and flavors, the 26 short films in selection address multiple themes that investigate the personal, family and emotional spheres from different and unexpected angles, offering interesting ideas and reflections on the value of memories, on the importance of interpersonal ties, on the perception of oneself, on respect for others and for the environment.
From Estonia to South Korea, passing through Russia and Jordan and reaching South America with shorts from Argentina, Brazil and Colombia, the 17 countries represented give, to the little adults of tomorrow, an interesting glimpse into cinema for the childhood worldwide.
26 accesses to imaginative worlds that girls and boys can only access thanks to the Lago Film Fest.
